Dos Lagos Lodge is only available on a whole-house, full-service basis for a minimum of 5 days.

Our rates include the following:·
Exclusive use of the entire 2,700 hectare ranch (6,800 acres) -
Lodging in double rooms with private bathrooms -
All house staff (manager, chef, two maids, maintenance staff) -
Food, drinks, house wines, house liquor -
Fishing and outdoors guides (one fishing guide per two anglers) -
Mountain bike clinic -
Use of sports equipment (loaner rods, mountain bikes, kayaks, ATVs, UTVs) -
Limited number of wet and dry flies -
Fishing licenses -
Transfers by truck and jet boats -
Transfers to and from Balmaceda airport -
Basic laundry -
Use of Wi-Fi in the lodge -

Our rates do not include:
Gratuities -
Flights -
Helicopter transfers to the lodge -
Helicopter rental for heli-biking, heli-fishing, heli-glacier tours -
Twin Otter Vista Liner plane rental for sightseeing -
Personal accident insurance -
Items of a personal nature -
International calls -
Dry-cleaning -
Activities booked with other local companies -

Payment:
50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and must be received within 2 weeks of making the reservation -
Payment in full is due 45 days prior to arrival -

Cancellations:
Cancellations and refunds are processed as follows after receiving written notice:

90+ days      10% of package cost
60 to 89 days      25% of package cost
30 to 59 days      50% of package cost
Less than 29 days    100% of package cost

We will make every effort to resell the cancelled weeks – if we are able to rebook the lodge at full price, we will gladly waive the cancellation fee and only apply transaction charges. We do not provide refunds for stays shorter than your original reservation.

Note: All outdoor activities entail a risk of personal injury. We strongly suggest that our guests buy insurance that will cover such risks. Neither Dos Lagos Lodge or any of its associates shall be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, whatever the cause. Some activities may be changed or cancelled due to acts of god or adverse climatic conditions. If cancelled, we will do everything possible to substitute the activities for others of similar nature.
